Leah + Michael's Wedding In North Stonington, CT

I had the pleasure of photographing Leah and Michael’s gorgeous wedding day in North Stonington, CT and Westerly, RI. It has been a blast getting to know this lovely couple since their engagement session at Kensico Dam in Westchester, NY. Eco Flower Designs did an amazing job on all the floral bouquets. Leah looked stunning in her wedding gown as did all of the fabulous bridesmaid in their dresses, hair, and makeup. Michael and his groomsmen looked very dapper and we especially loved the embroidered cuffs on their white shirts to complete the whole look!

We started off the day at Leah’s house in Westerly, RI for the “getting ready” photos while my husband, our second photographer, stayed with Michael and the groomsmen at Foxwoods for their photos. The “getting ready” photos are some of my favorites as I LOVE capturing all of the details and significant moments as the beautiful bride is getting ready. Leah had some gorgeous jewelry, and one piece in particular was very special - a bracelet from a very close family friend that passed before the wedding. It was a truly beautiful and emotional moment as Leah’s mom helped with the clasp on her wrist.

The wedding ceremony took place in Westerly, RI at Saint Clare Church followed by a quick stop at a local brewery for some photos, then to the cocktail hour and reception at Lake of Isles in North Stonington, CT.
