What a wedding! Kirsten and Leslie recently tied the knot at a private home in North Stamford, CT and it was absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! The entire day was full of emotions from the beautiful vows to the excitement on the dance floor all evening. They even had a surprise guest which I will save for their full blog post when they receive their gallery during the reveal.

When photographing their getting ready photos, I noticed Kirsten’s cufflinks which had the words “the crying kind” engraved on them. Kirsten explained to me that between them, that is how they describe their love for one another, the crying kind — like when you love someone so much that it makes you cry. How sweet is that?

The entire day was just perfect. Kirsten and Leslie chose a roaring ‘20s theme for their wedding where they had a photo booth set up with themed props and guests were really dressed to impress! There were so many emotional, misty-eyed moments throughout the day, especially during the beautiful vow exchange and speeches. We had a blast capturing their special day and truly felt honored to be there. Thank you again for choosing us and big congrats to the newlyweds!
