Gaby + Kevin’s Engagement Session and Cos Cob Wedding
Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to celebrate who you are as a couple and relfect on your unique love story, before your friends and family gather to watch you take your vows. You are at the end of one important life phase and about to embark on a new and meaningful chapter together. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to get to know your photographer and become comfortable in front of the camera, so that when the day of your wedding arrives you are carefree and confident!
These are the private and precious moments when it’s still just the two of you preparing for the adventure ahead. We love meeting our couples for their engagement session because it allows us to get more comfortable working together, and allows the couple to practice poses that we will most likely repeat on their wedding day.
We first met this beautiful couple for their golden hour engagement session at Tod's Point in Greenwich. Gaby and Kevin have been together for 10+ years, and their love for each other shines through in each photograph. We simply couldn’t wait for their wedding day, which we had the pleasure of photographing this past weekend!
It was the most lovely Fall day, and the wedding was held at Mianus River Boat & Yacht Club in Cos Cob. Kevin is a police officer and volunteer firefighter here in Greenwich, so he and Gaby incorporated their vintage fire truck on their wedding day instead of your traditional limo.
What a beautiful ceremony and celebration it was. After the ceremony, we took the fire truck to Cos Cob Park for beautiful family portraits and couple portraits at the waterfront during sunset.
Congratulations again to Gaby + Kevin, we wish you so much love and happiness! God bless you both.
